The Holiday & Health Centre ‘Sobótka’ and its Health & Beauty Centre ‘Wellness’ can help you achieve true relaxation-rest your mind and revive your body.
By visiting us, you will see one of the most enchanting places on the Baltic Sea coast-a mini region of Świnoujście. Located on 44 islands, the region has both-a town and the settlements (former fishing settlements-now turned into holiday ones). Unique characteristics of the region allow various forms of recreation. You can explore islands and lakes, meadows and forests, rivers and the gulf; or enjoy the widest beach on the coast and the warmest water in the Baltic Sea. You can also benefit from a unique microclimate-come here all year round to improve your health and keep fit. Hence, enthusiasts of a deep suntan should visit us in the summer; and those who appreciate the tan resulting from the winds rich in iodine, salt, and sea aerosols in the autumn, winter or spring.
Świnoujście is unique not only geographically and environmentally, but also historically-the extraordinary monuments tell its colourful history. You will be enraptured by an outstanding architecture of the historic lighthouse (the tallest on the coast) and a wonderful panoramic view of the town and harbour. Historic fortifications located on both banks of the River Świna guard an entrance to the harbour. Hitting the tourist trails, one should not forget about the Fishery Museum, the marina, the naval port, and numerous cycle routes. There is also a Spa Park with unique specimen of trees and bushes, and a highly attractive bird sanctuary-Karsiborska Kępa.
Świnoujście is called a window on the world, or a place ‘where Poland begins-its location makes it an ideal base for exploration of Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. It is famous of its rich cultural life-festivals (FAMA, WIATRAK, the Uznam Music Festival, Organ Nights, etc.), concerts, exhibitions and vernissages-everyone can find something to enjoy.
The Holiday & Health Centre ‘Sobótka’ has been gracefully blending into this kaleidoscope of attractions for thirty-four years. We have guests from all over the world-including many regular customers attracted by our homemade Polish cuisine and friendly atmosphere. It is because of them and their suggestions that we have been developing so quickly, introducing new services and facilities. In 2003, we re-established our physiotherapy room. Fitted with the latest equipment, it offers a wide range of treatments. In 2005, we established the Health & Beauty Centre ‘Wellness’. We have a fantastic offer of treatments for rejuvenating mind and body as well as a range of face and body cosmetics.
We have only one aim in mind: to help you take care of your wellbeing!
